Returns / Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unused item, within 30 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same saleable condition that you received it.
Please contact us prior to shipping any goods back, to let us know if you would prefer a return or exchange and why your item did not meet your expectations. Once we receive your email, we will issue you a return number and provide for you the return address. Please note that based on your location, the return address may be different than the original shipping address.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive your credit within the allotted days, based on your card issuer's policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. In addition, if you paid International shipping fees, or expedited shipping fees, these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if charged back to Kona Cave) will be deducted from your refund.
